"What an amazingly beautiful house. So very cosy and comfortable. Fixings and quality of the entire house very impressive, cleanliness and attention to detail of every corner of every room appreciated. Your cleaners must work very hard to keep everything so beautiful and in tip top condition. Every cupboard and drawer full of anything and everything one could need, away from home. The beautiful china, glassware, cutlery and appliances, the very best quality. The furniture, drapes, lighting and oh those beautiful soft comfortable carpets throughout were a dream to walk on. The bathrooms were perfect as were the comfortable beds. Thank you for that wonderful cabinet full of quality toys and games for our grandsons, including a garden shed they loved, stocked full of exciting toys. We all thank you so much".
7kw destination EV charger was a boon

"What a wonderful farmhouse. Well appointed, beautifully decorated, fully equipped kitchen and nice and warm. Plenty of space for extended family to sit and relax in different rooms. 7kw EV destination charger was a boon also, didn't have to wait at a supermarket to charge. We brought our small dog this trip too, and there were safe outdoor enclosed spaces to let the dog out of an evening. Looking forward to coming back".
Enjoyed the dairy cows parade past

Just returned from a 5 night holiday here. This place is wonderful! Warm, clean with comfortable beds. Very spacious, stunning views across the valley. Large garden with plenty of seating. There was a generous welcome hamper. All mod cons included. We really enjoyed the dairy cows parade past our kitchen window twice daily. Close to the stunning North Cornwall coast and plenty of pubs within short driving distance, it's an ideal house for friends and family get togethers. We'd thoroughly recommend as it's good value and the owners were very responsive and lovely to deal with!"

"Beautiful place to stay! everything you wanted and exceptionally clean! Love having the neighbours run past every day. Some even stopped to "moo". Ideal positioning for days out. Definitely give the Old Inn at St Breward a look - you'll not be disappointed. Sadly we have to leave the stunning views and the dream house today. We will be back!"

We loved the garden too and really enjoyed the cows passing by every morning and evening. The cottage is perfectly situated too as we were able to do day trips to both south and north coast. "What a beautiful cottage with the most amazing views! Perfect private location with really well thought out facilities. So well suited to our dog too as she was safe but able to roam. We particularly enjoyed using the items in the garden shed (lovely touch) and loved how well stocked the kitchen was for cooking. A real home from home. The house was beautifully furnished to a high level. We visited a range of places that were close by including Rock beach, Port Isaac, Padstow, Tintagel and Trebarwith. All worth a visit. Thank you for a fab stay, we would recommend and use again".

"We have all had a lovely stay at the cottage. The cottage is lovely and has everything you could possibly need and more!!! Ideal location for days out but the cottage was where the kids wanted to stay. Was hard to get them out. We will definitely be back in the future".

"Fantastic location - remote enough to be peaceful but near enough to towns and beaches if we wanted them. Lots done in 5 days. Go karting at St Eval, Crabbing in Padstow, Camel trail bike ride, climbing hills and walking beaches, Flowrider and aquapark".

We loved the quiet location surrounded by beautiful countryside and stunning views. It is definitely one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed in".
Loved watching the cows wander past

"Such a beautiful house, inside and out and really well equipped with everything we needed. So much space for us to spread out in different seating areas. Loved the choice of furnishings and colours. The views of the moor by day and the stars by night were really special too and loved watching the cows wander past in the morning. We went to the local Parkrun at Lanhydrock National Trust - it's the most spectacular Parkrun we've ever seen - but watch out for that hill! Had a fantastic coastal walk from Stepper Point to Padstow".

"Excellent house and location spotlessly clean and comfortable to a very high standard. Adequate car parking for several cars and still plenty of space for kids to play. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the views across the valley, or a short drive to the beach and other attractions. we will definitely be rebooking to enjoy this property again".

"An excellent place for comfortable stay; secluded place, very well planned facilities indoor and out. we spent most time on the dining table and living room. Visited Polzeath beach, st Ives, Adrenaline Quarry, Tintagel Castle, Lanhydrock, Eden Project. Old Inn is pretty good local pub. Overall excellent".
